Donald Alder-LaRue

Don Alder-LaRue has been a resident of the Coachella Valley for nearly 30 years and is well acquainted with the Inland Empire. He obtained his real estate license in California in 1998 and later became licensed in Texas and Florida. In all jurisdictions, he specialized in residential income properties. Don’s passion for real estate prompted him to further his education by obtaining an Associate’s degree from College of the Desert, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Real Estate Concentration from California State University – San Bernardino (Cum Laude), and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona. Don continuously seeks relevant educational opportunities and earned a professional Commercial Real Estate certificate from Cornell University. He specializes in multifamily sales across the Inland Empire.
